Our strength is our versatility. Rice and Son Construction, Inc. has been building Central Oregon for more than 15 years. Our projects range from custom homes, entry-level multi-homes, subdivisions, commercial properties, remodels, assistance on tenant improvements and much more.

We are a third-generation, family construction business with more than three decades of building experience in Central Oregon and California. We hold construction licenses in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Madras and are well-versed in each city's building codes and permitting processes. We not only build your construction project, we can manage the entire building process so you don't have to worry about permits, city codes, inspections, building materials and project organization.
